Originally a 1970’s builder grade home, this residence lacked a balance in architectural style and quality. What became a multi-staged whole house renovation began with updates to the main level. The homeowners, a young couple interested in collecting art, wanted to create a hip environment to display their current collection yet give them the adequate space to add new pieces over time.
